Larry Mitchelson Scholarship Foundation
The Larry Mitchelson Fine Arts Award was created in 2004 as a retirement gift to honor Larry Mitchelson who taught elementary art in the Fulton Consolidated School District for 34 years. Affectionately known as “Mr. Mitch”, he earned the respect of his students and the Fulton community as a teacher and artist.
