This year’s Larry Mitchelson Fine Arts Scholarship recipient is Abigail Shatrau. Shatrau is a senior at G. Ray Bodley
High School in Fulton and will receive a $1,000 scholarship towards her education at the State University of
Oneonta.
She will study Fashion Design in the Fall 2014.
